Double "H" features an online secure ordering shop site, which means that your credit card number cannot be intercepted by a third party during or after the transaction. As additional security measures we purge all CVV codes immediately after the order is received and orders are deleted from our sytem within 1 month of transaction.
Double "H" does not collect any information about our customers to be sold or lended to any third parties. On occasion we do send out flyers and/or emails to notify active customers about specials or new products.
Saddle Layaway Policy:
Double "H" knows how important is for both you and your horse to have the correct saddle. We now ofter a layaway program to secure the saddle that you need at the price you want! Just pay 20% down on a saddle of your choice and we will reserve it in your name. You will then have 120 days to complete the purchase and pay the remaining amount. Upon receipt of your payment your saddle will ship! Once an initial payment has been processed by Double "H" there is a 10% fee of the original order amount for cancellations. Double "H" will notify you if the saddle you have put on layaway is not in stock. Upon receipt of saddle "Saddle Return" is followed.
Our goal is that you will be 100% satisfied with every purchase whether it be online through our secure website or in person at Double "H". We offer an experienced staff of Equestrian's to answer all of your saddle questions. Saddle purchases through our online secure shopsite receive a 2 week (from receipt of saddle) money back guarantee. Unused returned saddles will incur a 5% stocking fee. An unused saddle will contain no scuffs, scratches, and be free any horse hair or debris on the underskirt. Any special order saddles will incur a 20% return fee or a 5% cancellation fee if order is cancelled after one week of ordering. There is no cancellation fee for a special order saddle if it is within 1 week of the order date. Double "H" will not accept any returns unless we first issue an RA number. We offer a knowledgable staff of Equestrian's that live the western lifestyle that are ready to answer all of your questions. Double "H" offers a 30 day (from date of purchase) return policy on all purchases (excluding saddles) that are new, unworn, clean (free of any dirt or debris) with tags intact and your original receipt copy. Refund type will be determined from original payment type as follows; Credit Card ......Credit back to same card, Cash or Check......Cash up to $100 (in store only) or Company Check if over $100.00, Check written less than 14 business days......Company Check mailed after 14 business days passed from date check was written. Returns past 30 days and up to 90 days, store credit will be issued if return is accepted. Defective merchandise will be exchanged or issued store credit after Manufacturer's acceptance. Saddles purchased through our secure shop site see "Saddle Returns" policy above. Saddles that are purchased in store at Double "H" have a 3 day no obligation trial period set at time of purchase. Unused returned saddles after 3 day trial period up to 2 weeks (from purchase date) will incur a 5% stocking fee if accepted by Double "H". An unused saddle will contain no scuffs, scratches, and be free any horse hair or debris on the underskirt. Any special order saddles will incur a 20% return fee or a 5% cancellation fee if order is cancelled after one week of ordering. There is no cancellation fee for a special order saddle if it is within 1 week of the order date. Christmas Gifts (items purchased between Thanksgiving an Christmas as gifts) may be returned until Januuary 25th. All sales Final on formal wear, wedding attire, shots, vaccines and ladies dresses with the tags removed or worn. Returns past 90 days subject to restock charge if accepted. Double "H" Gift Cards:
Gift Cards have no expiration date and can be used anytime after validation.Double "H" does not charge any service or inactivity fees. There are no refunds on gift cards. May not be used to purchase tickets, service/repair work, alterations/hemming, or as payment on account. Special Christmas Gift Cards are not valid until December 26th. Double "H" is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards, or any unauthorized card use. The Double "H" gift card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties.
